Coaching
There is no one-size-fits-all solution to becoming a productivity superstar. What works for your colleagues may not work for you. Dr. Gratias will design a customized plan of action to improve your productivity and help you find balance. You can become the person everyone looks at and asks: “How does she get it all done?” or “I don’t know how he does it!”
The topics most often addressed in coaching are:
- Time management – managing tasks and priorities, coping with meeting/travel demands, calendar control, reducing procrastination
- Information management – email overload, electronic filing systems, paper purging, records management
- Achieving results through others – delegation to direct reports, performance management, project team management
- Process improvement – productive workflows, process documentation
Individual coaching is all about you, your job demands, and your style of working. After working one-on-one with Dr. Gratias, you will be more focused, more organized, and will notice significantly less daily stress.
How does productivity coaching work?
People who know that something could – and needs to be – better but don’t think they have the time to improve the situation are ideal coaching candidates. With a 50-minute coaching session every two to three weeks, the most overwhelmed person can make dramatic steps to increase their effectiveness and reduce stress.
Coaching participants meet with Dr. Gratias using a web-based videoconferencing tool, like Zoom or Skype. Participants experience a meaningful, confidential coaching discussion without leaving work. Screen sharing allows Dr. Gratias to work hands-on with participants to improve their task management and reduce information overload.
After each coaching session, clients receive follow-up emails with meeting notes and action items clearly outlined. Throughout the course of the program, participants can email Dr. Gratias with questions that need to be addressed prior to the next coaching appointment.
