Excerpt from Corral Your To-Dos…and don’t rely on your brain – at all:
This book is written for people in crazy work environments – people who work to pay mortgages, support families, and find fulfillment in what they do. A to-do system will help you manage even the most challenging workloads, but it is important for your mental health to understand that your Master List will most likely never get down to zero. As completed tasks roll off, others will roll on. Managing your work then, is not so much a matter of crossing everything off of the list as it is a continual process of attending to the priorities, making steady progress on tasks, and knowing what needs to be done in the future.
Are you ready to get serious about doing the right things AND doing things right?
